Section 28:11-21 King David gave Solomon the plans to build the temple of Yahweh

28:11a Then David gave his son Solomon the plans for the portico of the temple,

After that King David explained the plans for the temple. He told his son Solomon how to build the temple entrance porch.

David gave Solomon, his son, the plans for the courts of the house of Yahweh.

28:11b its buildings, storehouses, upper rooms,

⌊He told him how to build⌋ the temple buildings, its rooms for storing/keeping things, and its upper rooms.

28:11c inner rooms, and the room for the mercy seat.

⌊He told him how to build⌋ the inner rooms and the room for Yahweh’s covenant box and its cover.
