15:3a And David assembled all Israel in Jerusalem

David gathered all of Israel in Jerusalem.

So David ⌊called⌋ together all ⌊the people⌋ of Israel ⌊to come⌋ to Jerusalem.

15:3b to bring up the ark of the LORD to the place he had prepared for it.

⌊He wanted them⌋ to take the ark of Yahweh to the place that he had prepared for it.

He ⌊wanted them⌋ to take the box of Yahweh to the place that ⌊he had people⌋ make for it.
