6:62a The Gershomites, according to their clans, were allotted thirteen cities

Thirteen towns were selected ⌊by lot⌋ for the families ⌊of Aaron’s grandson⌋ from the clan of Gershon.

The clans descended from ⌊Levi’s son⌋ Gershon received thirteen (13) towns which were distributed among them.

6:62b from the tribes of Issachar, Asher, Naphtali, and Manasseh in Bashan.

⌊They received/inherited/got these towns⌋ from the ⌊territory of the⌋ tribes of Issachar, Asher, Naphtali, and ⌊East Manasseh. The⌋ tribe of East Manasseh ⌊lived in the region⌋ of Bashan.

Issachar and Asher and Naphtali’s clans ⌊gave them some of these towns⌋ . Manasseh’s sub-clan, which lived in Bashan ⌊area, also gave them some of these towns⌋ .
