Then all the Gentiles will know that there is one who redeems and saves Israel: Redeems and saves may be taken as synonymous and combined. Avoiding a reference to God may be more difficult here than in verse 10. Alternative models for this verse are:

• Then all the Gentiles will know that Israel has a redeemer and savior.”

• Then all the Gentiles will know that Heaven [or, the One in Heaven] comes to rescue and save Israel.”

• Then all the Gentiles will know that we Jews have a source of help to rescue us.”
