We suggest a paragraph break at this point, as in Good News Translation.

Foolish men will not obtain her, and sinful men will not see her: The ideas in these two lines can be combined easily, as Good News Translation has done. Good News Translation does not specifically express the idea in not obtain her. This could be included by saying “But people who are foolish or sinful will never be wise; they will never even catch sight of Wisdom,” “… they will never even come close to Wisdom,” or “… they will never even come close to being wise.”
