Yet she increased her harlotry is literally “And she multiplied [or, made many] her harlotry,” which means Oholibah became even more sexually immoral (compare the first clause of verse 14, which is similar in meaning).

Remembering the days of her youth, when she played the harlot in the land of Egypt: See verses 3 and 8. Remembering is better rendered “acting the way she did” (Good News Translation). Oholibah turned back to Egypt, where her life of immorality began.

One way to render this verse is:

• Yet she carried out her prostitution even more, behaving the way she did when she was a young prostitute in the land of Egypt.
