Translation commentary on Jeremiah 37:18

What wrong have I done to you…?: Both Good News Translation and New International Version understand wrong to mean “crime.” Since this is the normal word used for “sin,” Bright renders “What sin have I committed against you…?” New American Bible restructures the noun wrong to a verb phrase: “In what have I wronged you…?”
