For these verses refer to Ezra 2.55-57. The following names are spelled differently in Ezra: Sophereth instead of “Hassophereth,” Perida instead of “Peruda,” Jaala instead of “Jaalah,” and Amon instead of “Ami.” Good News Translation has harmonized the name Jaala with the spelling at Ezra 2.56, but it has not done this with the other variant names here.
