On the fourth day Elizur the son of Shedeur, the leader of the men of Reuben … : Verses 30-35 are almost identical to verses 12-17 (see the comments there). For Elizur the son of Shedeur, the leader of the men of Reuben, see 1.5. Again, there are no verbs corresponding to the verb was in the Hebrew of verses 31 and 35, which is in line with the list character of the text. This comment applies to the rest of the list in verses 36-83.
