If integrated into the book of Daniel: 3.61

All powers: Compare Psa 103.21 (102.21 in Greek). There is a small textual problem here, but most manuscripts read “all you powers of the Lord” (New Revised Standard Version) This should be followed. A second problem is the meaning of the Greek word for powers. It can refer to an army (Gen 21.22), to angels (Psa 148.2, where Revised Standard Version has “host”) or to heavenly bodies (Psa 33.6, where Revised Standard Version has “host”). One can argue here that it refers to angels, looking back to verse 37. More likely, it refers to heavenly bodies, anticipating the next two verses. A word meaning “planets” would work very well here.
