From everlasting to everlasting he beholds them: The direct object them is not expressed in Greek; any object is simply implied. Good News Translation is good here, but perhaps New Revised Standard Version is simpler and better with “From the beginning to the end of time he can see everything.”

And nothing is marvelous to him: The meaning of this line is not clear. There are two choices: (1) nothing can surprise him (so Good News Translation), or (2) nothing is so marvelous that he cannot do it. New English Bible has “and nothing is too marvellous for him,” which in Revised English Bible becomes “nothing is too marvellous or too difficult for him.” The Handbook prefers the second interpretation, and a possible alternative model is “He can do anything, no matter how marvelous it is.”
