The psalm closes with a proclamation of Yahweh’s special relationship with his people: to Israel, and to no other nation, he gives his word, his statutes and ordinances. For these three words (dabar, choq, mishpat) see introduction to Psalm 119; they are synonymous and refer to the Law of Moses, the Torah. Jacob in line a is parallel with Israel in line b; both mean the people of Israel.
The psalm ends as it begins: Praise the LORD!
