“Bind them upon your heart always”: “Bind” translates the same word as used in 3.3. “Bind . . . heart” is a figurative way of saying “Keep them in your mind,” “Always think about them,” or “Never let them leave your thoughts.” Note Good News Translation “locked in your heart.”
