Led … away (so also New Jerusalem Bible, New English Bible) differs slightly from Mark who has “led … out” (15.20).

Him occurs in the Greek only once, as the object of led … away, but it must be supplied as the object of to crucify, as Revised Standard Version and most other translations have done.
