Truly, I say to you is the same emphatic formula discussed at 5.18. Good News Translation‘s “Now” in “Now, I assure you” is to indicate the relation between Jesus’ words of verses 10-12 and his comment which follows in verse 13.

Wherever this gospel is preached … will be told in memory of her represents the exegesis accepted by most translations. A good rendering is “Whenever people preach this message of Good News (about God’s ruling) anywhere in the world, they will also tell about what this woman has done, so that people will remember her.”

What she has done will be told in memory of her is restructured by Die Bibel im heutigen Deutsch as “people will tell what she has done, and they will think about her.”
