The righteous (Good News Translation “God’s people”) is translated “those who have done God’s will” by Bibel im heutigen Deutsch, 1st edition. See comments on 1.19.
Will shine like the sun may have its roots in Daniel 12.3 (Good News Bible “The wise leaders will shine with all the brightness of the sky. And those who have taught many people to do what is right will shine like the stars forever”). For the most part a literal rendering of will shine like the sun will be possible. For those languages where readers will have difficulty, however, translators can say “Then the people who do what God requires will be clearly visible, like the sun shining brilliantly.”
In the kingdom of their Father is translated “in the new world of their Father” by Bibel im heutigen Deutsch, 1st edition. Malay common language version has “After the Father establishes his reign”; INCL is close to Die Bibel im heutigen Deutsch (“In the new world of God their Father”). “In the rule that God their Father will establish” is another possibility.
