Note that Good News Translation introduces this verse with the conjunction “But,” which highlights the contrast between what happens to the meat and the skin, as opposed to the fatty parts burned on the altar. It also reorders the elements in the sentence, so that the subject occurs at the beginning.

Burned with fire: as elsewhere, the words with fire will be considered redundant in many languages (see 6.30).
