This verse repeats the same information given in verse 2. Since one solemn occasion (the Sabbath) has already been dealt with in verse 3, it may be more natural in some languages to begin this verse with something like “These are the other festivals that you must proclaim…” (compare Bible en français courant).

At the time appointed for them: others have understood this to mean “in their appointed order” (New English Bible). But the most widely accepted interpretation is “at their proper time” (New American Bible) or “each at its appointed time” (New Jerusalem Bible).
