You: the pronoun here contrasts with he (the priest) in the previous verse. For some commentators this is thought to mark a later revision of the text. It is plural in form and probably refers to the worshiping community as the priest acts on their behalf.

On the day when you wave the sheaf: or simply “on the same day,” referring back to the day after the Sabbath mentioned in verse 11.
