The Revised Standard Version rendering of this verse may give the impression that Moses simply had a conversation with Aaron, his sons, and the people of Israel, without any indication of what they talked about. In fact, however, this verse is a kind of summary statement referring back to the words recorded in the previous verses. In some languages it may be wise to say something like “So Moses told all these things [referring back to the matters earlier in the chapter] to Aaron, his sons, and all the Israelites” or “So these are the things that Moses told Aaron and his sons and all the Israelites.”
