Cereal offering: see chapter 2 as well as 14.10.

Shall offer …: Good News Translation has “and offer it with…,” showing that this is in addition to what has already been mentioned in the preceding verse. In some languages it may be more natural to say “shall also offer….”

Shall make atonement for him: this is the third and final mention of the ritual of purification (see verses 18 and 19). In view of this, some translators have felt it necessary to add “once again” or “one last time” in this verse.
