There is a general agreement that the pendants, the bracelets is the correct rendering for the two Hebrew words here. Pendants probably were teardrop or drip-shaped ornaments since the root word of the Hebrew noun here is used with liquids like honey and wine and is not a general word for something that hangs. These pendants could be worn on a necklace made with pretty stones or glass. Bracelets are ornamental rings worn around the wrists. In later Hebrew the word for bracelets referred to a neck-strap used for domesticated animals. It may be related to a word for “chain” and could mean necklace or neck-cord here. But most versions consulted say bracelets. The Hebrew word translated scarfs is rendered “veils” in Good News Translation, New Jewish Publication Society’s Tanakh, New International Version, and New American Bible. A veil is a cloth worn on the head and normally used to cover the face (see the comments on verse 23). Revised English Bible thinks they are “coronets.” A coronet is a small crown.
