Translation commentary on Greek Esther 5:4

[Today’s English Version D.4; Revised Standard Version 15.4]

The train is the long part of Esther’s robe that trailed behind her as she walked. Today’s English Version makes this clear by adding the words “of her robe.” This part of the robe may be described as “the long end of her robe.”
