And when they had seen works of your hands, they praised you, the Almighty: In this context the works of your hands refers to God’s destruction of the Egyptian enemy army. God is referred to here as the Almighty, which may be rendered “Almighty One [or, Almighty God].” A model for this verse is:

• When they saw what you had done, Almighty God, they praised you.
