But they did not believe him, or the prophets after him, or even myself who have spoken to them: Compare 2 Chr 36.15-16; Luke 16.29. There is no place in Scripture where Uriel delivers any prophetic warning, but there may well have been traditions to that effect. For prophets see the comments on 1 Esd 6.1. Good News Bible provides a good model for this verse.
