This verse is a summary statement of verses 27-36. In every regard the ten stands (or, “carts”) were identical. The Hebrew word translated measure refers to their dimensions and proportions while form refers to their design. A number of modern versions use the words “size” and “shape” as in Good News Translation. Good News Translation leaves implicit that there were ten stands, but this information should be kept in the summary here.
