3:19a GOD the Lord is my strength;

Yahweh, my Lord, is the source of my strength.

The Sovereign Lord gives me strength.

My Lord/Master Yahweh causes me to be strong.

3:19b He makes my feet like those of a deer; He makes me walk upon the heights!

He makes me as a deer whose foot does not slip and keeps me safe on the mountains.
