9:27a No, I discipline my body and make it my slave,

I treat my body harshly and master ⌊its desires⌋,
-or-
I train/discipline my body strictly so that I have complete control over it.

9:27b so that after I have preached to others,

so that, after preaching the gospel to others,
-or-
I do not want to preach to others ⌊so that they can receive God’s blessings,⌋

9:27c I myself will not be disqualified.

I myself will not fail to win ⌊the prize/reward.⌋
-or-
and yet myself fail ⌊to receive God’s blessings⌋.
