9:11a If we have sown spiritual seed among you,

Because we (excl.) planted the seed of spiritual ⌊truth/life⌋ among you (plur.),
-or-
We (excl.) gave you God’s message.

9:11b is it too much for us to reap a material harvest from you?

then if we (excl.) receive from you (plur.) a harvest of material things, are we (excl.) getting too much? ⌊Of course not!⌋
-or-
So, surely it is right/reasonable that we receive in return things of this world ⌊like food and drink⌋.
