6:20a you were bought at a price.

God bought you. He has paid for you.

God paid a ⌊high/big⌋ price to make you ⌊his own⌋.

6:20b Therefore glorify God with your body.

So then, everything you do with your bodies should show that you honor/respect God.

So then, use your bodies to cause people to respect/praise/glorify God.

So bring glory to God by what you do with/in your body.
