3:14a If what he has built survives,

If the work that a worker has built on the foundation does not burn up,
-or-
If Christ says/declares that what a certain worker has done is good,

3:14b he will receive a reward.

he/Christ will give a reward to that person/worker.
-or-
he/Christ will reward that worker.
