2:6a Among the mature, however, we speak a message of wisdom—

But when we (excl.) are with mature believers, we (excl.) do tell them a wise message.

2:6b but not the wisdom of this age

It is not the kind of wise message that humans think up in today’s world.

⌊Our message is⌋ not from the thoughts/ideas which the people of this world think up.

2:6c or of the rulers of this age,

And ⌊it is⌋ not the wise message that comes from those who are rulers in this present world.
-or-
These are not the kind of thoughts which today’s rulers/leaders are thinking.

2:6d who are coming to nothing.

All of those rulers will soon lose their power.

All those rulers will soon no longer have any authority/importance/significance.
