15:58a Therefore, my beloved brothers, be steadfast

Dear brothers and sisters, you should therefore be firm ⌊in believing in God⌋.

Because of this, my dear friends, let ⌊your faith⌋ be strong.

15:58b and immovable.

Do not move away ⌊from God⌋.

Do not let anybody turn you (plur.) away ⌊from trusting in God⌋.

15:58c Always excel in the work of the Lord,

Always work hard for the Lord,

At all times do the work that the Lord gives you to do enthusiastically/diligently,

15:58d because you know that your labor in the Lord is not in vain.

knowing that the work you (plur.) do for the Lord is not without benefit.

You can be sure that working for the Lord is always valuable.
