13:12a Now we see but a dim reflection as in a mirror;

Now we (incl.) can only see things as though they were reflected in a mirror.

In this present age we understand ⌊the things of God⌋ dimly, as though we were looking at them in a mirror.

13:12b then we shall see face to face.

In the future we (incl.) shall see them as though we were face to face.
-or-
But in the age to come we will understand ⌊the things of God⌋ clearly, like meeting somebody face to face.

13:12c Now I know in part;

Now I only know some things.
-or-
In this present age what we (incl.) know ⌊about the ways of God⌋ is only partial.

13:12d then I shall know fully, even as I am fully known.

In the future I will know everything, just as ⌊God⌋ knows everything about me.
-or-
But in the age to come we (incl.) will have full knowledge, as God has full knowledge of us.
