11:6a If a woman does not cover her head,

If a woman does not wear a head covering,
-or-
Women who do not cover their heads ⌊in worship⌋,

11:6b she should have her hair cut off.

it is appropriate that she cuts her hair short.

let them cut off their hair!

11:6c And if it is shameful for a woman to have her hair cut or shaved off,

But since it is shameful for a woman to cut her hair short or shave her head,

Because cutting or shaving their hair takes away from women’s honor,

11:6d she should cover her head.

she ought to cover her head ⌊when she worships⌋.

they should wear something over/on their heads ⌊when they worship God⌋.
