10:33a as I also try to please everyone in all I do.

For I myself also try not to displease/offend anyone in any way.

10:33b For I am not seeking my own good,

I do not think about what benefits/helps me.

My goal is not my personal advantage/interests

I do not think like this: “What will be best for me?”

10:33c but the good of many,

Rather, I think about what I can do to benefit/help many people,

but the advantage/interests of all people,
-or-
Instead, I think like this: “What will be good for as many people as possible?”

10:33d that they may be saved.

so that ⌊I will be able to help/cause⌋ many people to be saved.
-or-
so that they might receive/obtain salvation.
-or-
I do that so that God can rescue them ⌊from sin/wrongdoing⌋.
