No, on the contrary. When the pagans sacrifice/offer their animals/gifts to idols, they are sacrificing/offering them to demons, not to God.

Rather, this is what I mean: people who worship idols do not make sacrifices to the/a divine being. They are ⌊actually⌋ sacrificing to demons.

10:20b And I do not want you to be participants with demons.

And/So I do not want you (plur.) to share together with demons.
