The Hebrew in Jeremiah 15:16 that is translated as “delight of my heart” or similar in English is translated in Akan as akomatɔyam, lit. “heart falling in stomach.” (Source: Kofi Agyekum in International Journal of Language and Communication 2015, p. 35ff. ).
