As for your seeing two little wings passing over to the head which was on the right side: See 2 Esd 11.24. Revised Standard Version‘s first footnote here is the same as at the one at 2 Esd 11.25 (see the comments there and on 2 Esd 11.3). Revised Standard Version‘s second footnote involves a translational matter, so it is not needed. Good News Bible provides a helpful model for this verse.
