Go: translated “come” in New Jerusalem Bible, New Jerusalem Bible, and New English Bible; “come in” in New American Standard Bible. The point of view of the writer within the receptor language will possibly require go rather than “come” in most cases. The verb actually contains the idea of “going into” the house, as in Moffatt (“enter”) or An American Translation (“go in”).

Look: that is, make another inspection or examination. Some languages will require “reexamine” or “examine again.”

Is a malignant leprosy: on leprosy see the introduction to chapter 13. The whole expression in this context means something like “it is fungus that cannot be eliminated.” New English Bible translates “it is a corrosive growth.” New International Version has “it is a destructive mildew.” Compare 13.51.
