This verse is essentially the same as verse 6. There are in fact some scholars who assume that the last half of this verse in particular may be a “misplaced variant” of verse 6b.

For says the LORD, see 1.8.

The word that could be misunderstood as expressing purpose; that is, the people haven’t listened to the LORD in order to make him angry. However, “Instead” (Good News Translation) or “On the contrary” (Bible en français courant) convey the meaning better.

To your own harm: See 7.6, where Revised Standard Version has “to your own hurt.” “You … have brought his punishment on yourselves” (Good News Translation) is a good model.
